Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with product or service questions, issues, and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (CRM tools).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
