Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Presales Executive to support our sales team by providing technical and business expertise during the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, prepare customized proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in crafting solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.

  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to customize solutions as per client needs.

  • Understand customer pain points and translate them into effective product features and benefits.

  • Create and maintain sales collaterals, presentations, and documentation.

  • Support the sales team in bid management, pricing, and deal structuring.

  • Stay updated with the latest product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and technical support during the presales process.

  • Participate in client meetings and provide consultative insights to help close deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Presales Executive, Sales Engineer, or Business Development Associate in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, solution selling, and technical documentation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM), and presentation tools.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
