We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Associate to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to execute test plans, identify defects, and support the release of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.

• Report and document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies clearly in the tracking system.

• Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand features and requirements.

• Participate in regression testing, functional testing, and system testing.

• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

• Verify bug fixes and enhancements before production release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Basic understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
