We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing test cases, executing tests, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze software requirements and technical specifications

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans

• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing

• Identify, document, track, and retest software defects using defect-tracking tools

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Validate bug fixes and ensure proper resolution before release

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best testing practices

• Provide clear and detailed test reports and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Software Quality Analyst or similar QA role

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC

• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
