Global Delivery Head - Data and Analytics

Global Delivery Head - Data & Analytics to lead large-scale global delivery across enterprise clients. Proven leadership in managing Large teams (above 4k), driving delivery and scaling enterprise analytics capabilities across geographies. The role will spearhead enterprise transformation initiatives across AI, GenAI, Cloud Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Modernization and Advanced Analytics Platforms, ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and strategic client engagement within a large IT services environment. Must have managed large teams or headcount of at least 5000 strength. • Expertise in managing Data Modernization programs such as Appliance Decom, ETL Mod, Reports Mod, DB Modernization. • MUST have experience in managing multiple Data deliveries from legacy modernization, Cloud Data Warehouse, Data Lakes Implementation and building advanced analytics and AI/ML for multiple clients in various industry segments. • Set up the standard operating models for Data & AI deliveries. • Direct global delivery operations for Data & Analytics, ensuring consistent execution, innovation, and client value. • Must have experience in managing AL/ML and AI/ML Modernization or AI/ML & GenAI new implementation programs on cloud. • Proven success in scaling a data and analytics delivery business to 500 million USD or more. • Experience in managing multi-geo delivery organizations and Tier 1 client portfolios. • Strong track record in managing multiple commercial models including Fixed Price, Outcome-Based, Time & Material, and Support. • Deep understanding of shared services delivery for data engineering, analytics, and governance. • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. • Exceptional leadership presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Location : Delhi- NCR / Hyderabad. Candidates should be open to relocate to these cities.
