Chennai, India | Full Time | On-Site Position: Senior UI Designer Experience: 5+ years Location: Chennai Engagement: Full Time | On-Site As a Senior UI Designer , you’ll lead the visual design of digital products across platforms, collaborating closely with UX strategists, developers, and brand teams to shape interfaces that are as usable as they are beautiful. This is more than a production role — it's an opportunity to grow into a Design Lead , guiding creative direction and mentoring junior designers along the way. Your Role: - Interface Design: Design responsive, accessible, and visually compelling UI for web and mobile experiences. - Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable systems and UI libraries for consistent design execution across projects. - Prototyping: Translate concepts into interactive prototypes that communicate user flows and behaviors clearly. - Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to align UI decisions with business goals and user needs. - Feedback & Iteration: Take input constructively and refine designs through a thoughtful, iterative process. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with UX, development, and project teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution. - Trend Awareness: Stay current with UI trends, accessibility standards, and design tools that push the work forward. - Mentorship: Support and guide junior designers as part of a growing creative team. ✅ What You Bring: - 5+ years of UI design experience ideally in an agency or product-driven setting. - A portfolio showcasing robust visual design across web, mobile, and digital product interfaces. - Fluency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and design handoff platforms such as Zeplin or Avocode. - Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user flows. - Bonus: Experience with motion design, animation prototyping, or basic front-end (HTML/CSS) knowledge.
