We are a startup building global conferences, professional alliances, leadership forums, and cross-border collaboration platforms connecting professionals across multiple countries. Our core initiative is WONE Global, an international network bringing together law, tax, advisory, and accounting firms from different jurisdictions to collaborate and build cross-border opportunities. Alongside this, we operate global platforms and conferences including: • Unbounded Global Conferences & Awards – www.unboundedglobal.com • WONE Global Network – www.woneglobal.org • The Neutrals (Mediation & Arbitration Platform) – www.theneutrals.org • World Law Alliance Network – www.worldlawalliance.com This role combines global network building, event execution, partnerships, and international outreach. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand international participation in WONE Global • Build partnerships and sponsorship conversations for global conferences and awards • Drive revenue through delegate acquisition, ticketing, and speaker participation • Support positioning and promotional campaigns for global initiatives • Assist in planning and coordination of international conferences and leadership forums • Coordinate with international partners, speakers, and collaborators • Work directly with leadership on growth strategy and expansion initiatives Who Should Apply? • Freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years) • Strong communication and outreach ability • High energy and ownership mindset • Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and outreach targets • Interest in business, professional conferences, marketing, sales and business development. • Ability to work on-site in South Delhi If you are looking for a comfortable job, this is not it. Remuneration (Performance Progressive Model) Month 1 – Training & Assessment: ₹10,000 Month 2 – ₹30,000 (based on performance benchmarks) Structured growth path linked to revenue contribution and execution delivery.
