Product Manager – B2B SaaS (RetailTech / ERP / POS) Location: Gurugram Experience: 2–7 Years About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in B2B SaaS, RetailTech, ERP, POS, or Commerce platforms to drive product strategy, execution, and business impact. The role focuses on owning product outcomes—from discovery and strategy to launch and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities • Own product outcomes and business metrics such as adoption, activation, retention, and revenue impact. • Define product direction based on market insights, customer discovery, and competitive analysis. • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, development, launch, and post-launch tracking. • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver impactful product solutions. • Drive AI-enabled product innovations and identify automation opportunities in workflows. • Track product performance through analytics and continuously optimize based on data and customer feedback. Ideal Candidate • 2+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, RetailTech, ERP, POS, Supply Chain/Logistics Tech, or Commerce platforms. • Demonstrated experience driving measurable business outcomes (adoption, revenue growth, retention, customer experience). • Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch performance tracking. • Strong analytical thinking, product sense, and execution mindset. • Top-tier MBA with product company experience may also be considered. Additional Requirements • Minimum 1.5 years stability in each company. • Willing to work from Gurugram.
