THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first voice a customer hears and often the last one they remember. You will guide families through one of the most personal decisions they make, finding the right person to care for their home and loved ones. It is not just a support role. It is a relationship role.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers and service partners
• Helping customers understand their subscription options and walking them through the booking process step by step
• Guiding families in selecting the right nanny, house help, cook, or babysitter based on their needs
• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for every customer
• Following up on pending cases and making sure no customer is left waiting without an update
• Resolving concerns related to profiles, replacements, and service delays with patience and ownership
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping the CRM updated at all times
• Working with internal teams to flag issues, improve processes, and deliver a better customer experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English and Hindi. Any additional language is a definite plus
• Someone who listens before they speak and solves before they escalate
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business
• Able to handle a high volume of queries without losing quality or composure
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and genuinely empathetic
• Someone who is comfortable with the energy of a fast-moving startup environment

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
