Workido IT Technologies is seeking an experienced Google My Business (GMB) & Wikipedia Creation Expert to manage, create, and optimize business listings and Wikipedia pages for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in local SEO, GMB optimization, and in-depth knowledge of Wikipedia guidelines and policies. Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle My Business (GMB) Management • Create, verify, and optimize Google Business Profile listings. • Manage NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across platforms. • Optimize business descriptions, services, categories, and images. • Handle customer reviews and reputation management. • Monitor insights and generate performance reports. • Implement local SEO strategies to improve map rankings. Wikipedia Page Creation & Management • Create and publish Wikipedia pages in compliance with Wikipedia guidelines. • Conduct notability research and gather reliable third-party references. • Write neutral, well-structured, and properly cited content. • Monitor pages for edits, updates, and potential deletion issues. • Handle page maintenance, editing, and dispute resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience managing Google Business Profile accounts. • Strong understanding of local SEO and Google ranking factors. • In-depth knowledge of Wikipedia content policies (Notability, Verifiability, Neutral Point of View). • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills. • Experience handling Wikipedia page approvals and reinstatements. • Familiarity with citation formats and reliable sources. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • SEO certification or digital marketing background. • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
