Job Description:
We are seeking a fresh-faced proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and flexibility. The ideal candidate must be active, well-organized, and willing to travel internationally on short notice. This is a high-trust and high-visibility position that involves working closely with internal departments, external clients, and overseas stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, diary, emails, and Microsoft Outlook planning tools
- Handle online transactions, invoice processing, and routine follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Compliance, and HR across regions
- Communicate with clients and vendors for scheduling, documentation, and status updates
- Track compliance requirements and ensure timely action
- Support leadership during international travel by coordinating meetings, accommodation, and logistics
- Attend meetings alongside leadership when required, capture notes, and monitor action items
- Represent leadership in routine or operational discussions, escalating matters where necessary
- Provide support in business development activities and industry events from time to time
Qualification Required:
- Must be available to travel to the US and the UK as per business schedules and leadership requirements.
- Based in Hyderabad and willing to travel internationally as required
- Open to potential overseas assignments based on business needs
- Smart, resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle confidential and time-sensitive matters independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced leadership environment
