Full Stack Developer (Next.js + Node.js) – Web & Mobile UI Specialist

Role Overview We are hiring a highly responsible Full Stack Developer (Next.js + Node.js) who will take ownership of Web and Mobile UI architecture, frontend scripting, and API integration for our SaaS-based CRM/ERP platform. This role is critical for modernizing the UI/UX layer and building scalable, responsive, and performance-optimized dashboards and mobile-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with backend architecture and product leadership to create a clean, structured, and scalable frontend ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Develop high-performance applications using Next.js (latest version) • Build reusable UI components and structured frontend architecture • Implement SSR, SSG, and API-based dynamic rendering • Integrate REST APIs with secure authentication • Develop and maintain Node.js backend services where required • Optimize performance, bundle size, and page load speed • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile • Maintain code quality, modular structure, and version control discipline • Collaborate on SaaS multi-tenant UI logic • Handle frontend state management and routing efficiently Mandatory Technical Skills • Strong experience with Next.js • Strong experience with Node.js • Advanced JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge • API integration & asynchronous scripting expertise • Experience in building admin dashboards / CRM / ERP UI • Responsive design implementation • Strong understanding of: o Component architecture o State management (Redux / Context / Zustand) o Authentication flows o Role-based UI rendering • Git workflow discipline Nice to Have • React Native (for mobile apps) • Tailwind / Material UI / Ant Design • Experience in SaaS multi-tenancy frontend logic • Performance optimization expertise • Experience working with Laravel backend APIs • AWS deployment knowledge Ideal Candidate Profile • Takes ownership — not just task-based coding • Strong UI/UX implementation mindset • Structured and disciplined developer • Understands enterprise workflows • Thinks in scalability and long-term maintainability • Responsible and proactive communicator Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: • Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: • Full-stack development: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
