What you’ll own as – InP - Service Delivery Analyst II Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem, analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management. Opportunities to Work on Latest Technologies, Including – AWS Cloud , splunk, XL Release, Kubernetes Deployments ,DevOps & Observability Tools. Strong knowledge of debugging the production issues at deep level. Ability to interact with Operations, Development and Business team. Ready to work in 24*7 - Rotational shift. Ownership quality to investigate and provide RCA for any production issue. What you bring Candidate should be able to Understand & Perform Production Application Support activities. Good Hands-on Experience of 3-5years on Linux Based Application Environments & Monitoring Tools. Basic \ Intermediate level of Understanding of – AWS Cloud , Kubernetes Deployments , DevOps Tools Experience in Splunk , Service now (Incident, Change, Problem, Research Request and knowledge management.)
