What you’ll own as – InP - Service Delivery Analyst II • Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem, analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management. • Opportunities to Work on Latest Technologies, Including – AWS Cloud , splunk, XL Release, Kubernetes Deployments ,DevOps & Observability Tools. • Strong knowledge of debugging the production issues at deep level. • Ability to interact with Operations, Development and Business team. • Ready to work in 24*7 - Rotational shift. • Ownership quality to investigate and provide RCA for any production issue. What You Bring • Candidate should be able to Understand & Perform Production Application Support activities. • Good Hands-on Experience of 3-5years on Linux Based Application Environments & Monitoring Tools. • Basic \ Intermediate level of Understanding of – AWS Cloud , Kubernetes Deployments , DevOps Tools • Experience in Splunk , Service now (Incident, Change, Problem, Research Request and knowledge management.)
