Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management Assist in daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all shifts.
- Maintain WOW Momo brand standards related to hygiene, quality, customer experience, and product consistency.
- Monitor stock levels, oversee inventory management, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
- Assist in shift planning, duty allocation, and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
- Support in conducting team briefings and performance evaluations.
- Customer Experience Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and quick problem resolution.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure repeat customer engagement.
- Maintain a welcoming store environment aligned with WOW Momo customer service values.
- Sales & Revenue Support the manager in executing sales-building initiatives and promotional activities.
- Monitor daily sales reports and assist in achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Control operational costs through efficient resource management.
- Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor proper documentation, audit readiness, and SOP compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all zones of the store.
- Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QSR/restaurant/retail operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of inventory, cash handling, and reporting.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
