SEM/E-Commerce Specialist

Role Overview:
At USP, you will be joining as a SEM/E-Commerce Specialist to contribute to the digital marketing center of excellence. Your role will involve collaborating on digital campaign and channel strategies, translating USP's scientific value propositions into high-intent digital demand, and driving visibility and growth of USP products and services through the ecommerce channel. You will lead initiatives to strengthen discoverability and improve conversion through taxonomy, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing on the e-commerce platform and enhancing UI/UX
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns promoting USP products and services
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention on the USP store
- Drive initiatives to enhance user experience to improve visibility, search, and findability
- Cross promote products and services to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Search Engine Marketing:
- Manage and scale SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis
- Align paid search strategies with broader marketing goals
- Implement audience segmentation and data integration to improve lead quality
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for revenue and efficiency
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track customer journey and monitor e-commerce platform KPIs
- Derive actionable insights on the e-commerce platform as a marketing channel
- Monitor SEM performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Document processes, optimizations, and insights to strengthen team knowledge
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in multi-channel digital marketing and SEM
- Demonstrated success in improving e-commerce platform performance
- Expertise with tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to excel in a global team environment
