• Receiving Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers to provide information, resolve issues, and address queries or complaints.
• Maintaining Customer Records: Accurately record details of interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.
• Achieving Targets: Meet call and sales quotas, and contribute to team performance goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
