Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer Operator who is also proficient in Social Media Management. You will be responsible for maintaining office records via MS Office, drafting formal correspondence, and managing our online brand presence across various social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and Word. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Professional Drafting: Compose, format, and proofread formal letters, emails, and official memos with high linguistic accuracy.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Monitor engagement and respond to queries.
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks, including scanning, printing, and organizing digital files.
Basic Designing: (Optional but preferred) Create simple graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva.
