We are hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Counsellors to drive new memberships, renewals, and member engagement across multiple club locations.

The role combines sales, customer service, lead follow-up, and front-desk excellence, ideal for candidates from fitness, hospitality, retail, or wellness sales backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert walk-ins and leads into memberships

• Handle lead follow-up via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM

• Drive membership renewals and upselling

• Promote PT, nutrition, and premium plans

• Manage front desk and member queries

• Coordinate guest visits and club tours

• Maintain strong member relationships

• Ensure smooth billing and CRM updates

• Support complaint resolution and service standards
