Data Analyst-L1

We are looking for a motivated Fresher Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will help collect, process, and analyze data to support business decisions. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in data analysis, reporting, and working with large datasets. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources. • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. • Work with team members to understand data requirements. • Assist in preparing visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy. • Document analysis results and present findings to stakeholders. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. • Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying. • Good understanding of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). • Basic programming knowledge in Python or R (optional but preferred). • Understanding of data analysis concepts and statistics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools. • Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing. • Basic understanding of databases and data warehousing. • Internship or academic projects related to data analysis.
