Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving sales of Managed Security Services (MSS) including SOC services, threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and other cybersecurity solutions. Your role will involve a consultative sales approach to help organizations enhance their security posture through outsourced security operations and managed security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Managed Security Services (MSS) across enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Promote and sell services such as Managed SOC (Security Operations Center), SIEM monitoring and management, Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Vulnerability Management, Managed Firewall / Network Security, and Cloud Security Monitoring.
- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and Security Teams to understand their cybersecurity requirements.
- Conduct solution presentations, security assessments, and MSSP service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with SOC teams, solution architects, and pre-sales engineers to design customized MSS offerings.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with evolving cyber threats, security technologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 410 years of experience in cybersecurity or managed services sales.
- Strong understanding of SIEM platforms, SOC operations, network security.
- Experience selling subscription-based or managed services models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to translate technical cybersecurity solutions into business value.
