Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Counsellor – Australian Education to join our Hyderabad team. This is a full-time role for a dynamic professional who is passionate about guiding students toward successful education outcomes in Australia. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience, a student-first approach, and the ability to manage the complete counselling and application lifecycle with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Provide expert counselling to students and professionals seeking education opportunities in Australia Guide clients through course selection, application processes, and visa lodgement Manage and verify documentation with strong attention to detail Stay updated on Australian education systems, institutional requirements, and visa policies Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal onshore/offshore teams Support clients with test preparation planning and application timelines Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction Use CRM systems to track leads, applications, and client progress Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of Australian education systems, visa processes, and migration requirements Proven experience in student counselling within the international education sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational abilities Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi Ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams Bachelor’s degree required Experience in recruiting students for Australian universities and colleges Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard office tools such as Outlook,Word, Excel and Power Point Compensation & Benefits Attractive and competitive salary ranging from ₹6 Lakhs to ₹12 Lakhs per annum , based on experience and performance Performance-based incentives in addition to base salary Growth opportunities within a globally connected organization Supportive and professional work environment If you are passionate about international education, have strong industry expertise, and want to make a meaningful impact in students’ global careers, we invite you to be part of our growing team.
