Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Lead Generation Intern (Telecalling) role located in Pune Division. The role involves reaching out to potential clients through telecommunication to identify new leads, conducting comprehensive market research, and gathering data to help the sales team convert leads to business opportunities. The intern will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong communication with clients to support sales processes effectively. Qualifications • Strong skills in identifying new leads and carrying out lead generation activities • Ability to conduct market research to analyze trends and gather relevant information • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong client relationships • Basic knowledge of sales processes and the ability to support sales initiatives • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
