Position Name: – Manager – Java Full Stack developer Job Location:- Andheri Mumbai Experiences: – 8+ yrs Education:- B-tech/BE/MCA Notice Period:- Immediate to 45 Days Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 6 years of experience as a full stack developer. • Proficiency in React for frontend development, including state management and UI optimization. • Strong experience in backend development using Java Spring Boot. • Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including message queue design and real-time data processing. • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Domain knowledge in trading exchanges, financial markets, and surveillance systems. • Familiarity with real-time analytics, risk management, or fraud detection systems. Job Responsibilities:-Full Stack Development: • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications for surveillance systems. • Build responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using React. • Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java SpringBoot. API Development and Integration: • Develop RESTful APIs to support seamless frontend-backend communication. • Integrate APIs with third-party services and trading exchange systems. • Ensure APIs meet performance, scalability, and security standards. Real-Time Data Streaming with Apache Kafka: • Design, implement, and manage real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka. • Handle large-scale message processing for surveillance use cases in the trading domain. • Ensure fault-tolerant, low-latency, and high-throughput data pipelines Domain Knowledge – Surveillance Systems and Trading Exchanges: • Understand the functional requirements of surveillance systems and trading workflows. • Incorporate domain knowledge to enhance features like fraud detection, trading behaviour • monitoring, and risk management. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration and Teamwork: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, analysts, and QA teams, to deliver high-quality solutions. • Work with system architects and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments anscalability. • Provide domain expertise and technical guidance to team members. Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Optimization: • Monitor system performance and ensure applications are running smoothly in a real-time environment. • Debug and resolve application issues in production and development environments. • Optimize performance for both frontend and backend components to handle high transaction volumes. Security and Compliance: • Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive trading data. • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
