Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior ActOne/AIS Implementation Specialist with 9+ years of expertise in designing, customizing, and deploying enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAM (Software Asset Management / Service Automation Manager) plugin development, custom rule creation, and process automation within AIS (Application Integration Suite). This role requires handson technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead endtoend implementations across complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • SAM Plugin Development & Customization • Design, implement, and customize ActOne plugins to align with organizational requirements. • Develop and enforce custom rules within SAM to optimize compliance, automation, and workflow efficiency. • Enhance existing SAM modules to improve scalability and performance. • AIS Process Creation & Integration • Create and configure new processes within AIS, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications. • Build and manage flows, channels, and execution pipelines to automate business operations. • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align AIS processes with organizational goals. • Execution & Monitoring • Oversee deployment and execution of SAM/AIS solutions across multiple environments. • Implement monitoring and troubleshooting mechanisms to ensure high availability and reliability. • Continuously improve execution flows to reduce manual intervention and enhance system performance. • Leadership & Collaboration • Lead technical teams in SAM/AIS implementation projects, providing mentorship and guidance. • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time. • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. • Required Skills & Experience • 9+ years of professional IT experience with a focus on automation, integration, and enterprise systems. • Strong expertise in ActOne plugin development, customization, and rule creation. • Proven experience in AIS process creation, flows, channels, and execution management. • Proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter), RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud deployment (AWS, Digital Ocean). • Handson experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger). • Solid understanding of ERP systems, database optimization, and enterprise integrations. • Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to lead teams, mentor junior developers, and manage full software development lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with enterprise ERP/CRM integrations. • Knowledge of cloudbased automation tools and deployment strategies. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
