Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales, based in Gurugram. The Vice President of Sales will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage account relationships, and lead business development initiatives. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing sales environment, optimising sales operations, driving revenue growth, and identifying new market opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to achieve organisational goals.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Strong background in Account Management with a focus on customer success and relationship-building
• Experience in Business Development, identifying growth opportunities, and forging strategic partnerships
• Strategic thinking and proven leadership skills in managing high-performing sales teams
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the consumer audio or electronics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred
