Telecaller - Social Sector (NGO)

About the Role
The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to support project activities, data collection, follow-ups, and coordination. The role requires clear communication, accurate information sharing, and proper call documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to beneficiaries, candidates, or stakeholders as per assigned lists
• Handle inbound calls and respond to basic queries
• Share correct information related to programs, services, or activities
• Conduct follow-up calls and reminders as required
• Maintain call records, responses, and basic MIS entries
• Coordinate with internal teams based on call outcomes
• Escalate concerns or issues to the reporting manager when required
Qualification and Experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or coordination roles
Required Skills
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi
• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to follow call scripts and reporting formats
• Patient, polite, and professional approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Marol, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
