About the job: Job Title: Japanese Project Coordinator JLPT N3 (or Above) Location: Faridabad, Haryana Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Work From Office, 1 Day Work From Home) Experience: Minimum 1+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to Japan for business requirements Job Overview We are looking for a Japanese Project Coordinator with JLPT N3 certification or above to support project communication and coordination with Japan-based stakeholders and teams. The role involves translation, interpretation, project coordination, and reporting support using MS Excel to ensure smooth collaboration between India and Japan teams. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with Japan-based stakeholders and internal teams for project-related activities. • Translate and interpret Japanese English communication during meetings, emails, and documentation. • Support project management activities including status updates, documentation, and reporting. • Maintain project trackers, reports, and data using MS Excel. • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations in Japanese and English. • Ensure clear communication between cross-functional teams and Japanese clients. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and follow-ups. • Travel to Japan for project coordination, meetings, or training when required. Required Skills & Qualifications • JLPT N3 certification (mandatory); N2 preferred. • 1+ years of experience in Japanese language roles, project coordination, or translation/interpretation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English. • Hands-on experience in MS Excel (data management, reporting, formulas, trackers). • Good understanding of Japanese work culture and business etiquette. • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-based teams. • Exposure to IT, manufacturing, or global project environments. • Passport ready for international travel.
