Role: CRM Executive Department: CRM Qualification: Graduate Experience: 2–3 Years Key Technical Skills: Dispatch Tracking, Complaint Resolution, Sales Support Key Responsibilities • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction related to order dispatch, delivery status, and service support. • Track daily dispatches and coordinate with logistics, warehouse and production teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries. • Share regular dispatch updates with customers and the internal sales team. • Receive, register and monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution as per company guidelines. • Act as a single point of coordination (bridge) between Sales, Production, Stores and Logistics teams for all customer-related issues. • Follow up with internal departments to close complaints within defined timelines and communicate final resolution to customers. • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, dispatch status and resolutions. • Support the sales team with order status, delivery commitments and customer communication. • Identify recurring customer issues and prepare basic reports for management review. • Ensure correct documentation related to dispatch, delivery confirmation and customer communication. • Escalate critical customer issues to the concerned department and management on priority. • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers to strengthen long-term business relationships. • Assist in improving CRM processes and customer handling practices based on feedback and experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
