Lead - Internal Audit

Role Overview: As a valued member of the Internal Audit function at our organization, you will be an integral part of a global audit team dedicated to enhancing governance, compliance, and internal controls across various regions including Zurich, Latin America, Asia, and Noida International Airport. Key Responsibilities: - Independently plan and execute complex internal audits at Noida International Airport, ensuring comprehensive audit documentation. - Engage with audited units to generate clear audit reports containing actionable recommendations. - Undertake special audit projects assigned by the Board of Directors and Executive Management. - Collaborate closely with the Head of Internal Audit and other internal control functions as a strategic partner. - Serve as the focal point for internal audit-related issues between local and group leadership. - Contribute to strategic audit planning initiatives to support the organization's objectives. Qualification Required: - Possess a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Hold a professional certification in Internal Audit such as CIA or CISA, or be willing to pursue certification. - Have a minimum of 5 years of robust internal audit experience spanning diverse domains. - Demonstrate strong data analysis skills, particularly in SAP environments. - Exhibit the ability to thrive in a complex corporate setting and address challenges independently. - Showcase excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor. - Display fluent and precise command of the English language.
