1. JOB DESCRIPTION 3.1. Job Summary: Ensure dispensing of medicine as per requirement, storage medicines. 3.2. Working hours: General shift 3.3. Dress code: As per Hospital norms 3.4. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 3.4.1. To review prescriptions (online requisitions) to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability 3.4.2. To provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and medication storage. To check medicine availability in the stock 3.4.3. To identify expired drugs, Look alike and Sound alike drugs. 3.4.4. To maintain and update records 3.5. Skills Required: Good communication skills, leadership qualities, ability to solve problems and manage people 3.6. Working Condition: Closed environment within the hospital 2. JOB SPECIFICATION 2.1 Educational Qualification: D. Pharm. / B. Pharm. graduate (PCI Mandatory) 2.2 Experience Required: Preferably Minimum of 1 year.
