IT Executive ( Field work)

Job Title: IT Support Executive (Field Support) Industry: Restaurant / F&B Experience Required: 1–2 Years Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Field Work: Mandatory (Daily Outlet Visits) Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and support IT operations across our restaurant outlets. The candidate will be responsible for daily field visits to outlets, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems. Key Responsibilities: • Visit restaurant outlets on a daily basis for IT support and maintenance. • Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, billing software, printers, routers, and other IT hardware. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and system uptime at outlets. • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements. • Maintain IT inventory and documentation. • Provide on-site technical training to outlet staff when required. • Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance. • Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in IT support (preferably in retail/restaurant industry). • Good knowledge of POS systems and billing software. • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches). • Knowledge of Windows OS, printers, CCTV systems, and basic troubleshooting. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to travel daily between outlets (Two-wheeler preferred). • Immediate joiners preferred. Additional Requirements: • Must be comfortable with field work. • Ability to handle multiple outlets. • Flexible to work on weekends or holidays if required.
