Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Bookkeeping Executive to support day-to-day bookkeeping and office accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational bookkeeping knowledge, good written communication skills, and the ability to work independently while being open to learning new tools and systems. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers and records Track and record office expenses and routine financial transactions Assist in general office filing, documentation, and record management Ensure timely and organized maintenance of financial records Use MS Excel and Word for data entry, reports, and documentation Maintain clear, professional written communication through emails and reports Learn and adapt to new accounting or office software as required Support day-to-day operational and bookkeeping tasks for UK clients Required Skills & Competencies Good bookkeeping fundamentals and understanding of ledger maintenance Basic experience or knowledge of expense tracking and office accounting Strong written English communication skills (formal sentence structure; no WhatsApp-style or Hinglish communication) Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new software and tools Reasonable proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good attention to detail and organizational skills What We Offer 5-day work week with structured work hours Opportunity to work with UK clients and gain international exposure Learning-focused environment with scope for skill development • Supportive and professional work culture
