Technical Business Analyst

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Job Timings: Starting 5.00 AM Role Summary We are looking for a techno-functional professional who can act as a bridge between clients and internal development teams. The candidate should understand multiple technologies, perform project estimations, manage client communication, translate requirements into actionable tasks, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Key Responsibilities • Understand various technologies and solution approaches to guide project planning • Communicate with clients to gather and clarify business and technical requirements • Provide accurate time and effort estimations across different technology stacks • Translate client requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper requirement understanding and execution • Prepare and maintain project documentation (SRS, BRD, user stories, wireframes, scope documents, etc.) • Support project planning, task breakdown, and milestone tracking • Identify risks, dependencies, and requirement gaps during project discussions • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams Required Skills • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Basic knowledge of multiple technologies (Web, Mobile, Backend, APIs, Cloud, etc.) • Experience in project estimation and requirement analysis • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong documentation and analytical abilities • Ability to convert business requirements into technical tasks • Problem-solving and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related field • Experience in IT services or product development environment • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies • Experience using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
