Salary expectation is around 35 to 50k This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Marketing Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include devising and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and growing the company's client base. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. Qualifications • Skills in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Business Development • Proficiency in Market Research, Project Management, and Strategic Planning • Strong skills in Networking, Communication, and Relationship Building • Expertise in Proposal Development and Negotiation • Knowledge of data-driven marketing and analytics is an advantage • Proven ability to lead and manage campaigns or initiatives successfully • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in business development or marketing roles
