Graphics Designer

Experience: 2-3 years Location: India - Remote Hours : US MST Hours Type : Full-Time We are looking for a versatile, quick-witted Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative engine. You aren't just a "pixel pusher"- you are a visual storyteller who understands how to build a brand’s identity and translate it across websites, social media, and video. The ideal candidate lives in Photoshop , masters Figma for web layouts, and has a keen eye for photo and video editing. If you aim for the "WOW" response in every layout, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Brand Identity: Ideate and execute high-quality branding assets, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. Content Creation: Design engaging static and motion graphics for social media (Meta, Google, YouTube) and website content. Multimedia Editing: Expertly retouch photos in Lightroom and edit short-form video content to keep our brand dynamic and modern. Web & Digital: Use Figma to design intuitive website visuals and UI elements that align with marketing goals. Collaboration: Work closely with Content Strategists and Account Managers to translate briefs into performance-driven creatives. Campaign Execution: Prepare "key visuals" for major campaigns, from digital thumbnails and banners to outdoor media. Requirements & Skills Experience: 2-3 years in a graphic design role (Integrated Advertising or Digital Agency experience is a huge plus). The Toolkit: Professional-level proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Figma . Video Skills: Solid experience in video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) for social media reels and ads. Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy. Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing your attention to detail.
