Software Tester-Executive

As a Software Tester - Executive at the rapidly growing tech company based in Gurugram, dedicated to modernising supply chains through intelligent, cloud-based solutions, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios. - Analysing test results on impacts, errors or bugs, and executing them on software usability. - Participating in reviews, preparing reports and providing inputs on requirements and problems. - Identifying and helping in removing bugs, glitches and other user experience issues. - Creating test plans/used cases, requirements, scenarios, and test data. - Creating a QA report and bug list based on the outcome of QA test cycles. - Creating logs to document testing cases and defects. - Collaborating with the development team to understand software requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (preferably engineering) in computer science, information systems, or similar. - 0-2 years experience in IT performance analysis. - In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of test life cycle. - Proficiency in English (Verbal and written) communication skills. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Flexibility to work on weekends.
