Job Title: Accountant – NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant with background in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, loan accounting, compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records as per regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities Handle loan disbursement entries, EMI tracking, and interest calculations Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory requirements Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow statements Monitor TDS, GST, and statutory filings Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Maintain proper documentation of financial records Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce B.Com or M.Com Minimum 1 years of experience in NBFC or financial services sector Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Strong analytical and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
