Job Details Position - NOC Support • Maintaining usage reports, logs as per the business/statutory requirement • Co-ordinating with providers for Bandwdith Feasibility • Co-ordinating wth providers/Venders for Invoice processing & reconciliation • Should have good communications skills • Should be good in documentation specially in MS-Excel/Word Co-ordinating with SCM for PR processing • Required Skills : • Degree/Diploma in any stream • Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills • Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making • Experience with MS-Office • Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure • Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment.
