Communication, Content, and Media Manager

As a Content & Media Coordinator at Your Media Lab, you will be working closely with the Content Manager to plan, organize, and execute media and content initiatives across various digital platforms. Your role will involve assisting in developing content calendars, coordinating the creation and publishing of multimedia content, and brainstorming content ideas aligned with brand objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing communication with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely content delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Content Manager in developing and implementing content calendars for digital platforms - Coordinating the creation, editing, and publishing of multimedia content (articles, videos, reels, graphics, etc.) - Supporting in brainstorming and conceptualizing content ideas aligned with brand objectives - Managing communication with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors for timely content delivery - Tracking and updating project timelines to ensure deadlines are met - Helping monitor content performance metrics and providing basic reports/insights - Ensuring brand guidelines and tone of voice are maintained across all content - Staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new media opportunities Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 12 years of experience in content coordination, digital media, or related roles (internship experience counts) - Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management systems - Excellent communication and writing skills - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or project management software is a plus In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end content creation and media campaigns.
