Senior Product Designer; UI/UX

As a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) at our company, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will own the end-to-end design for new and existing features across web and mobile products. Your focus will be on creating clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences backed by research and best practices. Collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams will be crucial to define flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs. Moreover, you are expected to bring a strong design point of view and advocate for user-centric outcomes. Championing design systems and ensuring visual consistency across the platform will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end design for new and existing features across web and mobile products - Create clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences backed by research and best practices - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs - Bring a strong point of view on design decisions and push for user-centric outcomes - Champion design systems to scale visual consistency across the platform Qualifications Required: - 35+ years of product/UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B or data-heavy applications - A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and attention to detail - Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) with solid knowledge of UX patterns, UI principles, and accessibility - Willingness to challenge assumptions, advocate for users, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Comfortable with a fast-paced, collaborative, and work from office setup in Chennai Additional Company Details: Experience working with financial products, dashboards, or workflow automation and the ability to run or contribute to user testing and usability research are considered good-to-have skills. Motion/interaction design skills would also be beneficial in this role.
