Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jamshedpur. The Retire role involves overseeing and contributing to day-to-day logistical and administrative tasks while supporting the overall mission of the Youth in Oil and Gas Summit. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, planning and executing events, ensuring effective communication, and promoting relevant initiatives. The role also requires regular engagement with participants, partners, and the community to align activities and ensure impactful outcomes. Qualifications • Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage event logistics and schedules • Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities • Experience in project management, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement • Knowledge or experience in the energy, oil and gas, or related industries is advantageous • Proficiency in digital tools and software used for communication, marketing, and event management • Adaptability, problem-solving, and leadership skills for dynamic work environments • Education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
