For more details, visit: https://zed.pe Job Role : As an Integration Support Executive at Zed Pe, you will be the technical liaison between new merchants/resellers/TSPs and our backend payment infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the integration process, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth go-live experience while aligning with compliance and risk protocols. Key Responsibilities: Technical Onboarding: Support merchants, TSP/PSPs, and resellers during the API and H2H/S2S integration process. Assist in MID issuance by coordinating with internal teams and acquiring banks. Integration Support: Guide clients through seamless integration of pay-in and payout APIs, wallet flows, and white-label solutions. Conduct initial testing, simulate transaction environments, and ensure all API kits are functional. Resolve issues related to UPI Intent, QR Collect, IMPS/Wire payouts, and USDT flows. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide first-level technical support post-integration. Liaise with backend developers and risk teams to resolve integration bugs and security concerns. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of integration requests, issues, and resolutions. Update and version control API documentation and onboarding guides. Provide feedback to the tech and compliance team for continuous platform improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in technical support or API-based integration, preferably in fintech or payments. Familiarity with APIs, UPI, IMPS, and wallet architecture. Understanding of terms like FTD, non-FTD, payout nodal, and MID setups is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously. Preferred: Experience working with PSPs, TSPs, or aggregators in India. Knowledge of RBI, NPCI regulations related to payment aggregators.
