CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relation Manager to join our team at Zell Education. As a Deputy Team Lead - Customer Service, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the student experience.
About the Role
• Manage high-value student escalations proactively and promptly.
• C coordinate cross-functionally with teams like Academics, Sales, Product, and Finance.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of queries while driving service quality improvements. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to act as the single point of contact for assigned students and clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate client concerns and escalate them swiftly when necessary
• Liaise with internal teams (academics, tech operations) to resolve issues efficiently >Present weekly insights on key metrics to senior management Analyze feedback from students & suggest areas for process enhancement
Please note that all candidates must have strong problem-solving skills along with proficiency in using CRM tools like Zoho or Freshdesk.
