About the Role We are hiring a Senior HR Specialist to lead and strengthen our recruitment and people operations onsite. This role is ideal for candidates with 3–6 years of HR experience who are ready to take ownership of hiring strategy, HR processes, and employee engagement within a dynamic agency setup. The candidate will play a strategic role in talent acquisition, HR operations management, employee lifecycle management, and building scalable people processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across departments • Develop hiring plans in coordination with leadership and department heads • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and strategic outreach • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality hiring decisions • Oversee interview coordination and ensure seamless candidate experience • Maintain and analyze recruitment data, hiring metrics, and monthly HR reports • Design and improve hiring workflows and recruitment processes • Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation processes • Oversee employee lifecycle management including confirmations, exits, and documentation • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and policy implementation • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HR records and data Requirements • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / People Operations • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi) • Experience handling recruitment independently for multiple roles • Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, HR trackers, and reporting tools • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced agency environment Preferred (Good to Have) • Experience hiring for digital marketing, media, or agency roles • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and recruitment tools • Experience managing HR operations and employee engagement initiatives • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance What We Offer • Leadership role with strategic ownership • Exposure to complete HR lifecycle management • Opportunity to build and structure HR processes • Supportive and growth-focused work culture • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling digital agency
