Senior Platform Engineer – Virtualization & OpenShift Location: Hyderabad Experience: 7–10 Years Environment: Regulated / Enterprise Role Overview Support and evolve VMware + OpenShift platforms, enabling containerized workloads in production. Key Responsibilities • Administer and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters • Manage Kubernetes workloads and platform services • Integrate OpenShift with VMware, storage, and networking • Perform platform upgrades and lifecycle management • Troubleshoot complex platform issues across layers • Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows • Ensure platform security, stability, and compliance Mandatory Skills • Red Hat OpenShift • Kubernetes • Linux (RHEL) • VMware integration Good to Have • OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) • Ansible / Shell scripting Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
