Research Associate (with Survey Data and Quantitative Insights Specialization)

Shift time - 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. Work from Office Location - Hinjawadi Pune Research Associate (with Survey Data and Quantitative Insights Specialization) Qualifications (Required): · Bachelor’s Degree required · History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements · Strong understanding of basic statistical concepts · Able to analyze and interpret quantitative data to answer business questions · Excellent research and analytical skills · Familiarity with R, SPSS, Q, SAS, or other statistical software · Familiarity with programming surveys in Decipher/Forsta, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, or equivalent · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Strong project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and successfully manage deadlines Qualifications (Preferred): · Experience with research in a business context · Experience with questionnaire writing, design, and development preferred, but not required · Experience working with vendors (bonus if survey research panel vendors) · Project scoping and proposal development experience · Experience creating charts in Excel and Powerpoint · Experience coding in Python or similar Additional Required Competencies: · Attention to detail · Easy to collaborate with, able to collaborate across a global team · Fast learner of software tools and new subject matter · Good with timelines and prioritization of tasks · Able to complete tasks across multiple projects in a given day · Clear communicator · Natural problem solver · Self-motivated, able to manage own time and work independently · Comfort with ambiguity of an entrepreneurial environment · Solid business judgement · Able to diagnose needs of project stakeholders and best align solutions to meet their needs Priority Experience (Required): · 1-3 years’ work experience in a professional services environment (management consulting/business research/advisory) · Experience or background with survey research Priority Experience (Preferred): · Social science research methods training or experience · Some background in financial services or insurance industry
