Senior Engineer- AI ML Expert

As a Senior Engineer-AI ML Expert, you will have the opportunity to lead development by owning the end-to-end design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of both traditional ML and Generative AI solutions. This includes tasks such as fine-tuning LLMs, RAG pipelines, and translating business requirements into data-driven and GenAI-driven use cases. You will be responsible for scoping features, estimating timelines, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior/mid-level engineers on best practices in ML, MLOps, and GenAI. Key Responsibilities: - Lead development by owning end-to-end design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of traditional ML and Generative AI solutions - Translate business requirements into data-driven and GenAI-driven use cases - Mentor, review, and coach junior/mid-level engineers on best practices in ML, MLOps, and GenAI - Demonstrate expertise in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) - Utilize deep experience with Azure Machine Learning (SDK, Pipelines, Model Registry, hosting GenAI endpoints) - Proficiency in Azure Databricks for tasks such as Spark jobs, Delta Lake, and MLflow for tracking both ML and GenAI experiments - Build ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, orchestration using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks Jobs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's in computer science/engineering/Ph.D. in Data Science or related field - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, including at least 6 months of hands-on Generative AI project delivery - Track record of production deployments using Python, Azure ML, Databricks, and GenAI frameworks - Hands-on data engineering experience designing and operating robust pipelines for both structured data and unstructured data (text, embeddings) - Preferred certifications in Azure AI/ML, Databricks, or Generative AI specialties - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams This job offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, mentor junior team members, and drive impactful solutions using the latest technologies in the field.
