L3 Cybersecurity Engineer – Microsoft Security

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on L3 Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the design, implementation, migration, and advanced support of enterprise-scale Microsoft Security solutions. This role requires strong technical ownership across identity security, endpoint protection, data protection, and email security, along with the ability to guide deployment teams and handle critical security escalations in a dynamic enterprise environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Microsoft Security technologies such as MFA, EDR, Application Control, DLP, and Email Encryption • Define integration strategies with SIEM / SOC platforms and enterprise IT infrastructure • Plan and execute migration from legacy security tools to Microsoft Security solutions with minimal business disruption • Perform advanced configuration, tuning, and deep technical troubleshooting at L3 level • Drive resolution of complex incidents including malware, ransomware, and data security events • Provide technical leadership, review deployments, and mentor L2 engineering teams • Support threat detection tuning, incident response improvements, compliance alignment, and security governance initiatives 🔹 Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Purview (DLP), and Entra ID Security • Proven experience in enterprise cybersecurity architecture, implementation, and migration programs • Experience integrating security solutions with SIEM / SOC environments • Deep understanding of endpoint security, identity protection, and data loss prevention • Ability to lead technical delivery, manage escalations, and work in a 24×7 operational model • If you are passionate about building secure enterprise environments and leading advanced cybersecurity initiatives, we would love to connect.
