Ltd. | Hyderabad Role Summary Masterverk Interiors is seeking a highly organized and polished Admin Manager to oversee studio operations, executive coordination, and project administration. This role acts as the operational bridge between the Founder & Chief Designer, the Design Team Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support • Manage the Founder & Chief Designer’s calendar and meetings • Coordinate internal meetings, client meetings, and vendor discussions • Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items ⸻ 2. Project & Design Coordination • Work closely with the design team to track project timelines and deliverables • Ensure design presentations, approvals, and project milestones stay on schedule • Follow up with internal teams to maintain timeline discipline ⸻ 3. Client & Vendor Communication • Coordinate client meetings and project updates professionally • Maintain communication with vendors, contractors, and suppliers • Ensure all interactions reflect Masterverk’s premium service standards ⸻ 4. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain structured records of client agreements, project files, and vendor contracts • Coordinate ESI, PF, and statutory documentation with compliance partners • Maintain organized HR and operational records ⸻ 5. Office Operations & Studio Experience • Oversee daily studio administration and office coordination • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visiting clients • Coordinate meetings, visitor management, and office logistics ⸻ Requirements Professional Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + local language) • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to coordinate across teams and maintain follow-up discipline ⸻ Technical Skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Comfortable managing calendars, documentation, and project tracking ⸻ Experience • 2–4 years experience in administration, executive assistance, office operations, or project coordination • Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, luxury services, or premium client-facing industries is preferred ⸻ Preferred Background (Highly Valued) • Candidates from luxury hospitality, aviation cabin crew, premium retail, luxury automobile showrooms, jewellery boutiques, or fashion brands are encouraged to apply • Strong client-facing experience with premium customers ⸻ Professional Presence • Excellent grooming, etiquette, and communication style • Ability to represent a luxury design studio environment confidently ⸻ 📩 Interested candidates may apply via LinkedIn or send their resume to: • careers@masterverk.com
